Dr Amit Goswami ‘Consciousness, Quantum Physics and Being Human’ Interview by Iain McNay Author of many books including: ‘How Quantum Activism Can Save Civilization,’ ‘The Visionary Window: A Quantum Physicist’s Guide to Enlightenment’ and ‘God Is Not Dead’ talks about his life and how discovering that consciousness Is the ground of being changed his scientific thinking and also his approach to life as a human being. He also explains downward causation, quantum non-locality, free will, Intention, the observer effect, quantum collapse and how consciousness creates the manifest world.

It is so refreshing and encouraging to hear more and more scientists realizing that consciousness/awareness is the basis of existence not matter. Imagine a world where we cherish consciousness instead of material things!
Love Always~

Interesting video!
This is an invitation to see an artist theory on the physics of light and time!
This theory is based on just two postulates
1. Is that the quantum wave particle function Ψ or probability function represents the forward passage of time itself
2. Is that Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle ∆×∆p×≥h/4π that is formed by the w-function is the same uncertainty we have with any future event within our own ref-frame that we can interact with turning the possible into the actual!

When any of these guests start with the “we need to” or “we should do this”, I get highly skeptical. I don’t wanna hear your agenda.

Nice interview. IMO, it still goes back to the rise of the I in consciousness and then the agreement that the I is an object in space and time. There seems to be two distinct choices there…I, as an object in space-time or I, as the infinite being. Once one has transcended the idea of I, as object, what rules will remain for whom? The whole thing seems like a thought based and adopted reality but not necessarily the actuality. Very much like the virtual simulation that is now being suggested

Yep, freedom is free.

Consciousness becomes local when the “I” arises. Whitout the I, nothingness appears as something.

think the latest psilocybin research is suggesting a similar thing – the idea that consciousness is outside of the brain and that the brain both transmits consciousness and receives it – what amazing times we are dreaming.

amit is one of those people who put me on my spiritual and scientific path, but I’m afraid the public won’t understand his message how quantum physics and consciousness bind together, it took me years of studying to fully understand his theories and have full trust in it.

Purely on an energetic level the Dr is moving in the right direction. Great points, too.
Thanks for this interview, Iain.

Extremely confusing to me, but extremely interesting

That was a fantastic interview. Especially in the last segment where Dr. Goswami spoke on the subject of quantum activism; how communities of consciously aware people can create brain circuits of love; how consciously aware people can create marketplaces where vital energies are sold as commodities that have more useful purposes than the empty consumer-based marketplaces we have today. Good stuff.
